Monitor and manage your account with our online banking service, E-Accounts. This FREE fully loaded, secure online package offers the following on all accounts, unless otherwise stated:
- Account history and balance information
- Transfers between accounts
- Withdrawal requests (excludes loan and certificate accounts)
- Stop payments on checks you write (checking accounts only - normal stop payment fee applies)
- Images of cleared checks (checking accounts only)
- Check reorders (checking accounts only)
- Authorization holds on your Master Money debit card (checking accounts only)
- Access to STE Visa account
- Electronic statement delivery - E-Statement. More timely and secure than paper statements
- Ability to download account information into Microsoft Money, Quicken interchange (qif) or comma separated value format (csv).
- Ability to change Access 24 (ARU) 4-digit pin
In addition to all of the features above, our E-Account service also offers FREE online bill payment - E-Pay! Bill payment is the perfect solution for members who want to effortlessly manage their accounts. Payments can be made to individuals, companies, and financial institutions. Our user-friendly product offers the capability of:
- Scheduling one-time or recurring payments
- Retrieving historical data
- Receiving alerts by email or text messaging
- Reminders of anticipated payments
- Viewing payees and history
- Scheduling gift payments and customized cards (nominal fee charged for gift checks)
- Utilizing chat and live-person telephone help with extended and weekend hours

New Enrollments
Enrollment in both E-Accounts and E-Pay is easy. For E-Accounts, click here. Then, click on learn more about E-Account and How to Enroll and provide the requested information. Allow several business days for a secure password to be mailed to you. Once you receive the password and access your account for the first time, several security questions will need answered. This provides an extra layer of security for your online account.
E-Pay - You must sign up for E-Accounts first. Once you successfully sign into E-Accounts, click on "bill payment" within the services tab. Follow the prompts. Within one business day you should receive an e-mail confirming your enrollment was successful. Once you receive that email, you are ready to start paying bills! To access your E-Pay account in the future, you only need to sign in once to your E-Account and select the bill payment option within the services tab.
