STE Credit Union, Inc. is a member-owned and democratically operated financial institution that exists to provide services desired by the members at the best possible rates and terms, while maintaining long-term financial stability.
We are committed to upholding our fundamental responsibility to actively serve businesses and individuals within our field of membership and the communities in which we have the privilege of providing our service. We will respect all current and potential members and treat them fairly, honestly, and equitably. We will continue to provide our membership with a broad range of financial products, services, and education at the best possible value, while ensuring fiscal responsibility so that our members can feel confident and secure entrusting their financial resources and needs to us. We will strive to provide diverse delivery methods of our services so that our unique membership demographic can enjoy the wide variety of financial offerings available. We will explore new and better ways to reach out to the non-served or underserved in our field of membership. Through our daily operations and high quality, individualized service, we will demonstrate the value of membership in State Transportation Employees Credit Union, Inc.
We will communicate and educate our service to members in a meaningful way so that members, potential members, legislators, regulators, and the communities in which we serve will understand and appreciate the unique and important role that member-owned financial cooperatives play in their lives.
Throughout State Transportation Employees Credit Union Inc.'s annual strategic business plan, we will make every effort to provide services, products, and consumer education so that our members are empowered to become financially self-sufficient and successful.
