receives top Member Service Award
STE Credit Union has been awarded the Louise Herring Philosophy-In-Action Member Service Award for its ConnectPLUS℠ Retiree Benefits package. The Ohio Credit Union League awarded STE Credit Union this distinguished honor in March 2013.
STECU created ConnectPLUS℠ in 2012 specifically to serve our retired members with a customized benefits package of services.
In its first year, 137 members have enrolled in the service. ConnectPlus Members have received special rates on more than $1 million in deposits and more than $900,000 in loans.
